PRENATAL YOGA w/ Jenna DiPaolo -- Wednesdays, 7pm Starting 6/22

Prepare for labor and delivery and stay healthy during your pregnancy! Practice postures that strengthen and tone. Focus on pranayama (breath work) to remain centered throughout labor and delivery.  Learn practices to support the body, mind, and spirit during and beyond pregnancy! Prenatal yoga can be a wonderful way to connect with your baby as well as meet other expecting mothers in the community!
