A Valentine's Day Restorative Workshop

A Valentine Restorative
Workshop

                           with Evangeline

A delightful experience of a yoga
practice designed to relax and
    restore the body, mind and
spirit, and open the heart!

   Sunday, February 13, 2:30PM – 4:30PM
                                                        Price: $35 pp
                                                     Bring a friend or partner!
(Class size limited to 12 people.  Booking is advised)

Set in an inspiring setting with glowing candles
and filled with gentle, soothing music, Evangeline will lead
you through a series of restorative yoga poses, delightful
stretches, deep relaxation, and a guided meditation
technique called ‘Yoga Nidra’ or yogic sleep, that induces
complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

This restorative workshop will focus on the heart center.
In yogic philosophy, it is known as Anahata Chakra, the
seat of our intuition which represents unconditional love,
loving for no reason.  As you move through the poses, you
will begin to release blocked energy as you relax into a
sense of spaciousness and open heartedness.

For an added special treat, as you linger peacefully in
well-supported poses, you will receive gentle hands-on
attention with the aroma of essential oils.  You will leave
feeling connected and open as the mind calms and the
heart softens.  Be prepared to lose track of time and let go
of the outside world!

Evangeline is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and certified at the 500 hour level. Evangeline completed the 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Polarity Center on Long Island, 300 hour teacher training with Yogiraj Alan Finger at Ishta in NYC, and Restorative Yoga Level 2 with Jillian Pransky, Director of Restorative Teacher Training for Yoga Works NYC.  Evangeline currently teacher vinyasa and restorative yoga at several studios, wellness centers and gyms on Long Island.  Forever a student of yoga, she continues to train in workshops and practice the many different styles of yoga.
