Last month the house was packed as Kismet led a fun and inspiring Bellydancing class. Revolution Yoga was vibrating with energy! So we had to have her again!
Come to share in the Ancient Secrets of feminine power and grace in this artful dance. Veils provided. All are welcomed. Live Music!
Women enjoy belly dance for its positive effects on their physical health, body image, and overall self-esteem.  Like yoga, belly dance helps to align the mind, body, and spirit, bringing women a sense of balance and joy.

Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. Also included are techniques to help you bond with your baby to be.
