Beginners Yoga Course (Make your New Year's Resolution to start finding Joy through Yoga!)

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course 
 
Wednesdays 6pm Starts 3rd week of January
 You've heard so many great things about yoga: it makes you strong, flexible, focused and 
obliterates stress. But you don't know where to begin (or what it actually is). Or maybe you've 
done the videos, but how do you know what you are doing is O.K.? We'll guide you, step-by-step, 
as you discover the wonderful practice of yoga. This is a great way to start off with each class
 covering :
The background for what yoga really is, and the style I teach
Simple breathing exercises that are common to our practice
Foundation yoga postures and how to adapt them to your abilities and needs.
How to link postures together in a wonderful, juicy flow.
We'll repeat things a lot so you are sure to learn them. And, I also make time to teach you how to 
modify the postures to accommodate your body and its unique needs.
And don't be surprised if you graduate with more than a few great friends!
Details: 
This will be a 5 week course, structured to accomodate everyone! It doesn't matter if you can't
 remember the last time you worked out or even if you're convinced you can't get back into good 
shape, lose weight or increase your flexibility. This yoga series can work for you!
