mother you love with pampering and deep relaxation! Come after brunch or before
your mothers day dinner.
Restorative yoga is a delightful experience that will
uplift your spirit and soothe your mind. Feel pampered as you lay down on
bolsters and blankets to release deeply held tensions you may not even be aware
of. Set in an inspiring atmosphere of glowing candles, soothing music, and
gentle hands on attention with the aroma of essential oils.
Amanda will lead you
through a series of restorative yoga poses, delightful stretches and a guided
meditation technique called 'Yoga Nidra' or yogic sleep that induces complete
physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga is great for
everyone. Be prepared to lose track of time and feel like you took a mini
vacation. $65 partners, $35 single.
