Revolution Yoga is so excited to present Shiran Glass this Sunday evening!
Using crystal sound bowls and her voice/toning these meditations focus on shifting frequencies and attuning oneself to the highest vibration that is comfortable for us at that time. Shiran also works with IET (Integrated Energy Therapy), “which is an amazing-----gentle----and effective healing modality to clear out old energy and imprint peace---love---joy---and all else we may need in our journey :)” says Shiran.

that I’ve had began with Sound Meditations. The sounds created with ound and
the crystal bowls and voice---have a way of opening us up.

by many experiences on both ends of the spectrum; from the beauty of life, to

Q) What are you grateful for in life?
A) Time. I am grateful for this body and being given this
