The Sweet Transformations Program offers support to individuals who seek to release weight and obtain a healthier lifestyle.
The decision to lose weight is an incredibly personal decision that reaches beyond the size of one’s pants. It is a decision to change your approach to how you treat yourself, how you allow yourself to be treated, and how you live daily.
Although many diet programs have fantastic success in reducing weight, it is not until you understand your own motivations, your own barriers, and your own self that you will be full, nourished, happy (and a few sizes smaller).
The Sweet Transformations Program is rooted in the cognitive and emotional mechanisms that are associated with what and how we eat. Sweet Transformations teaches individuals how to shop, cook, eat and live life healthier and with balance.
This one day FREE workshop will provide you will an introduction to the program and begin to help you uncover your true self.
Gina has a Master’s in Psychology and Social Work from Columbia University. She is a New York Licensed Social Worker who has specialized in working with children, adolescent and families. She currently works with adults who are managing addictions. She has been previously certified as a fitness instructor through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates.
