Restorative Yoga Workshop for Spring

   Bloom Into Spring!

A Restorative/Yoga Nidra Workshop
with Evangeline
Sunday, March 27, 3pm-5pm
Price: $65 sign up as partners/ $35 single
(Class size is limited to 12 people.  Booking is advised)
Welcome yourself to March! Welcome yourself to the promise of spring! Cherry blossoms are around the corner and yellow daffodils will soon start peeking up through the barren earth.  We will begin shedding the many layers that have bound us during the winter months.  A restorative/yoga nidra practice can help us bloom in to spring with much more ease.

Restorative yoga is a delightful experience of a yoga practice that will uplift your spirit and soothe the mind.  Feel pampered as you lay down on bolsters and blankets to release deeply held tensions you may not even be aware of.  Set in an inspiring atmosphere of glowing candles, soothing music, and gentle hands on attention with the aroma of essential oils, Evangeline will lead you through a series of restorative yoga poses,  delightful stretches and a guided meditation technique called ‘Yoga Nidra’ or yogic sleep that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  Restorative yoga is great for everyone.  Be prepared to lose track of time and feel like you took a mini vacation.

Evangeline Houlihan is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and certified at the 500 hour level.
Evangeline completed the 200 hour teacher training at the Yoga Polarity Center on Long Island, 300 hour teacher
training with Yogiraj Alan Finger at Ishta in NYC, and Restorative Yoga Levels 1 & 2 with Jillian Pransky, Director
of Restorative Teacher Training for Yoga Works in NYC.  Evangeline currently teaches vinyasa and restorative yoga
at several yoga studios, wellness centers and gyms on Long Island.  Forever a student of yoga, Evangeline
continues to train in workshops and practice the many different styles of yoga.
