IN THIS PROGRAM WE WILL:
* learn guidelines to naturally detoxify the body with whole foods -specific focus on colon cleansing, liver detox, and lymphatic drainage
* explore "primary foods" and the other nourishing factors in our lives (relationships, careers, physical activity, and spirituality) and how they can support us on our journey toward optimal wellness
* demystify dieting and learn ways to promote health and vitality by supplying your body with dense nutrition, not depravation
* share ideas and experiences to connect with others - supporting one an other during group meetings and an ongoing e-mail group
* experience luminous health as we honor our bodies & spirits, uncovering inner beauty waiting to be expressed
